Monthly - San Diego, Califoria Surgical Clinic

CCSS surgical volunteers provide free corrective surgery on a monthly basis. These procedures are conducted at San Diego area hospitals for those who have the proper documentation to enter the United States. Surgeons perform approximately 5-10 corrective surgical procedures each month.

Medical & Dental Clinics - Mindanao, Philippines

CCSS volunteers will be conducting free medical and dental clinics on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines. CCSS will be shipping thousands of dollars worth of medications. During this two week period, Mindanao residents will receive basic medical care, be administered medications such as antibiotics and tuberculosis medicine. Dentists will be conducting dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, extractions and other needed dental care. Nutritious meals will also be provided for local children and village residents.

 

CCSS has put together a basketball team comprised of current and former college and professional basketball players, who will compete with local Filipino teams. Basketball, being the most popular sport in the Philippines, provides entertainment and draws many to the CCSS medical/dental field program. It has proven to be a great way to interact with the residents of local villages.

Fellowship Night at Mulligan Family Fun Center - Murrieta, CA

Gospel Fest 2009 - Temecula, CA

Join us at the second annual Temecula Gospel Fest to be held at The Temecula Old Town Community Theater. This event benefits the Oak Grove Center Arts Program. Oak Grove assists in rebuilding the lives of at-risk children and their families through educating, healing, restoring relationships, building character, and instilling hope.

Ride for Smiles - Oceanside, CA

CCSS is pleased to announce our inaugural Ride for Smiles charity fundraiser on October 3, 2009.Whether you ride a motorcyle or scooter, or don't ride at all, we invite you out to Vespa of Oceanside for a day of fun. Riders will enjoy a breathtaking scenic ride down Coast Highway 101 to the Torrey Pines area, and return up the coast for a fun-filled event hosted by Vespa of Oceanside, including live entertainment, food, and raffle prizes.

 

Riders check-in will begin at 9 AM, and will leave at 10 AM for a three hour tour. And our fearless crew promises to get you back safely even if the weather starts getting rough!

Surgical Clinic - Mexicali, Mexico

CCSS will be conducting corrective surgical procedures over a 2-3 day period in Mexicali Mexico, October 9-10. We are very excited to have a few city employees from the City of San Jose, California, joining us at this field clinic.

Surgical Clinic - Palenque, Chiapas Mexico

We are extremely excited to announce the November surgical clinic, which will take place in Palenque in the Mexican state of Chiapas. Palenque is famously known for the Mayan ruins, which attract thousands of tourists every year.

 

This is CCSS's first surgical clinic in this area, and we have partnered with InterFACE out of UCSD for this joint venture to bring restoration and hope to children in need in this area of Mexico. This is an extremely special opportunity for CCSS and InterFACE, as this will be the very first corrective surgery clinic to take place in this city.
